4) Contact us

Personal data is collected when you contact us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). Which data is collected in the case of a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. 5) Comment function

Within the framework of the comment function on this website, in addition to your comment, information on the time of the creation of the comment and the name of the commentor you have chosen will be saved and published on the website. Furthermore, your IP address will be logged and saved. This storage of the IP address is done for security reasons and in case the person concerned violates the rights of third parties or posts illegal content by posting a comment. We need your e-mail address in order to contact you in case a third party should complain about your published content as illegal. If you register for our e-mail newsletter, we will send you regular information about our offers. Your e-mail address is the only mandatory information for the sending of the newsletter. 11) Duration of storage of personal data

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal retention period (e.g. commercial and tax retention periods). 12) Use of a live support system

For the purpose of operating a live chat system to respond to live requests, this site collects and stores your submitted chat name and chat content for the duration of the chat. The chat and your submitted Chat Name will be stored only in random access memory (RAM) and will be deleted immediately when we or you have finished the chat conversation, but no later than 2 hours after the last message in the chat history.
